Thierry Gotti

Thierry Gotti completed his Bachelor of Law and Master of Law at the University of Zurich. He also spent an exchange semester at the Law Faculty of the University of Strasbourg, was an assistant at one Chair of Legal History at the University of Zurich and completed several internships at various law firms.

Before the bar exam, he worked at a District Court in Ticino, at a law firm in Lugano, at the Appeals’ Service of the Cantonal Government in Bellinzona and at the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Canton of Ticino. He was subsequently admitted to the bar of the Canton of Ticino.

Thierry Gotti is also an examining magistrate candidate with the military justice system of the Swiss army.

Thierry Gotti is registered as a lawyer at in the lawyers' register of the Canton of Zurich. He is therefore admitted to practice before the Swiss courts. He primarily advises, represents and defends clients in criminal law proceedings, as well as in related areas. His practice includes the civil litigation, in particular with reference to contract law.
