Born and raised in Landsberg am Lech, Kläger discovered his affinity for law at an early age. He completed his studies at the University of Augsburg and passed both exams in Bavaria. He then went straight on to qualify as a specialist tax lawyer and founded his own law firm, where he supported his clients in all legal matters. His activities as a legal trainee and later as Commercial Manager in one of the world's largest companies in services and investments included, but were not limited to, M&A, labour law, pharmaceutical law, construction law, inheritance law, family law, corporate law, criminal law and traffic law.

Rudolph Kläger is admitted to the bar and authorised to represent clients in German and Swiss courts. He is admitted to the bar in the Canton of Zurich and in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Munich and is listed in the register of attorneys.
