Francesca Maimone

Francesca Maimone studied law at the Universities of Basel, Strasbourg and Freiburg im Breisgau and graduated with a Master of Law and an LL.M. degree. After her studies, she gained practical experience in various courts and in a leading commercial law firm in Basel. Subsequently she worked in the legal department of a trust company and as a tax consultant in a leading international auditing firm. Afterwards she worked in a law firm in Zurich, where she practiced in numerous fields of law. Francesca Maimone is admitted as an attorney before all courts in Switzerland and is registered in the lawyers' register of the Canton of Zurich. Her preferences lie particularly in the fields of contract law, corporate law, labor law, family law, inheritance law and criminal law.
