Attorney-at-Law Claudia Thomas completed her studies in law at the University of Hamburg and her legal traineeship in Lower Saxony. She specialises in family and employment law and has more than 20 years of experience in out-of-court legal counselling and in representing clients in complex family law proceedings before court. Her areas of expertise include, in particular, the drafting of prenuptial agreements as well as divorce settlement agreements covering all family law matters, such as maintenance, division of assets and matters relating to children in connection with divorce proceedings, including cases with an international dimension.
