Carolin Driever

Attorney-at-law MLaw Carolin Driever, LL.M. (WU), completed her legal studies at the University of Innsbruck. She obtained her Master’s degree in Business Law (LL.M.) at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Additionally, she spent a semester abroad at the Faculty of Law at the University of Cape Town. Following her successful studies in Austria, she also completed a Master of Law (MLaw) at the University of Zurich, making her well-versed in both Austrian and Swiss law. Carolin Driever gained practical experience through her work at a law firm in Zurich as well as at a Big Four consulting firm in Austria.
Attorney-at-law Carolin Driever is a member of the Swiss Bar Association and the Zurich Bar Association.

Preferred area of practice

Attorney-at-law Driever’s practice focuses primarily on family law, which also constitutes her main area of expertise, as well as on criminal law. In addition, she works in the fields of contract law – particularly employment and tenancy law – and corporate law. She also represents clients in matters of migration and administrative law.
