Mediation

Mediation is a type of dispute resolution. Conflicts are resolved constructively within the framework of mediation. During the voluntary and structured process, the parties to the conflict find a consensus with the help of the mediator that corresponds to the interests of all parties. The mediator is an independent third party.

Mediations have the advantage of being a comparatively timely solution to legal conflicts. Thus, costs and energy can also be saved. However, mediations also require a sound expertise, because only then can the mediator successfully mediate in difficult conflict situations. The lawyers of our law firm always attach the greatest importance to consensual solutions in contentious cases. It is our philosophy to always seek contact with the other party as a first step to plan a course of action that makes sense for both parties. Furthermore, our experts are members of various national as well as international arbitration associations and we offer to conduct arbitration proceedings in our modern, centrally located premises.

Within the framework of mediation, we support private individuals as well as national and international companies in the amicable settlement of conflicts. Mediation is not an exact science that always follows the same rules. Rather, it requires the sensitivity of an experienced lawyer who is able to identify the specific details of the case and propose appropriate solutions. It must also be borne in mind that the agreement between the parties must be enforceable with the means available.

The respective approach to mediation then depends on your individual case. Regardless of this, we always act in the best interests of our clients and use all available means to achieve the best possible outcome.

Mediation

If, despite all our efforts, mediation regrettably proves unsuccessful, we will take all available means to represent you and your interests before all Swiss courts and authorities. Here, too, we always work in a solution-oriented manner and do not disregard economic considerations.
